Team/Task description

You need to operate the camera during the lecture. The lecturers are generally static, but it is essential to follow the signals from the people at the computer on the left/right of the lecturer. They will instruct you on whether to center, let the lecturer continue the lecture, etc. You will also have papers with the remaining time of the lecture, which you should raise and hold up until the lecturer sees it.

Your job is to sit at the entrance doors and check passersby for their wristbands. Ask everyone to show it to you. Take this job seriously because security at BalCCon is very important. If we catch someone without a wristband, door security measures will be tightened.

You should announce the lecturer before the lecture; please be careful with how their names are pronounced. Also, towards the end of the lecture, you should ask if there are any questions and hand the microphone to people who raise their hands.
